There are often a lot of different systems in a home that keep it safe and comfortable such as HVAC, septic, well, sump pumps and smoke detectors, just to name a few. If not maintained properly these system are likely to have a much shorter lifespan, resulting in you having to replace these costly systems earlier than expected. Performing monthly maintenance goes a long way towards protecting your greatest investment – your home.

No. We do not offer warranties on the systems we service during monthly maintenance visits. Our goal is to extend the life of these systems but there is no guarantee that issues will not arise with these systems.

Of course! We are a professional handyman company and offer a number of different services. Whatever you’re thinking, feel free to reach out and well what we can do to help. That said, we typically offer reduced pricing on additional services for our monthly maintenance customers. 

Cost for monthly home maintenance service is based on the number of systems that need to be maintained. Some homes have more maintenance needs than others, which will ultimately impact costs. Additionally, in an effort to make things as seamless as possible for our customers, we provide all the materials necessary to perform the maintenance and include that in the monthly cost. This includes everything from HVAC filters to water softener salt.
